Many users don’t know under what circumstances they need to replace wheel hub bearings. Bearings are wearing parts. In order to extend the service life of the car, we need to replace wheel hub bearings regularly. We divide the following situations to determine the replacement of wheel hub bearings:

1. Loud noise: The car makes abnormal noises while driving, and the noise is very loud. At this time, we need to check whether the wheel hub bearing needs to be replaced. Noise is the most obvious sign of defective wheel bearings;

2. Body shake: A broken hub bearing will cause the body to shake, because damage to the hub bearing will cause the gap between the wheel and the bearing to increase, resulting in body shake when the vehicle is driving at high speed.

3. Unstable driving: Unstable driving is one of the symptoms of broken wheel bearings. When wheel bearings are excessively damaged, the vehicle will experience unstable driving and erratic power when driving at high speeds.

4. Temperature rise: The temperature rise is because the front wheel bearing is damaged, the friction is intensified, and high heat is generated.

5. Steering wheel vibration: A broken wheel bearing will cause the steering wheel to vibrate! It changes with the vehicle speed or vehicle steering.

6. Lack of grease: Poor lubrication will cause the wheel bearings to break, and the lubricating parts will lack grease, resulting in dry friction between the rollers and the raceways, resulting in abnormal noise. In addition, the lack of grease will also prevent the bearing from being lubricated, causing the bearing to heat up and even damage it.
